Refund & Privacy Policy

USABL Credit / Refund Policies

All refunds are subject to a 3.8% processing fee to cover credit card processing costs.

Camps

As long as we are notified within 24 hours of the camp you will be refunded in full. Camps canceled for a weather event or any other reason will be refunded in full.

Tournaments

Teams that cancel with 11 days or more notice will be refunded in full. Teams that cancel within 10 days prior to the tournament start date will forfeit their registration fee (no refund).

Inclement Weather — 3 Game Minimum Tournaments

  • 0 Games Played — Full Credit or Refund less $50 Admin Fee
  • 1 Game Played — 60% Refund or Credit
  • 2 Games Played — $100 Credit towards another USABL event or $50 towards original payment
  • 3 Games Played — No Credit

Inclement Weather — 2 Game Minimum Tournaments

  • 0 Games Played — Full Credit or Refund less $50 Admin Fee
  • 1 Game Played — 50% Refund or Credit
  • 2 Games Played — No Credit

League Bail Outs

100% refund if notified within 15 days prior to the start date of the league (less insurance/baseballs/processing fees that we will not recover). There will be no refund if you drop out with less than 15 days notice.

Once a team begins the season there will be no refunds. USABL provides a schedule and teams have 7–8 weeks (49–56 days) to play 9 regular season games. Bad weather does not warrant a refund as there is still ample time to reschedule.

League Cancelation / Rain Credit Policy

This provision applies only in exceptional circumstances, where a team can demonstrate diligent efforts to schedule a game (accounting for rainouts). Teams unable to complete a minimum of 9 games due to rainouts or another team's cancellation, and have made multiple attempts to reschedule, will receive credit equivalent to half the umpire fees for a future season. Note that the team that canceled a game is not eligible for any credit.

USABL Privacy Statement

The USABL acknowledges its responsibility to its members and teams in protecting the identity of their members.

Leagues, teams, and players affiliated with USABL provide names and addresses of players, coaches, teams, and organization administrators. Leagues and teams are responsible for informing their entire membership of this statement and USABL's data usage policy.

The primary purposes of data collection are: (1) to ensure the security of participants by verifying identity and preventing fraud; (2) to foster the efficient administration of the game; and (3) to allow for the direct dissemination of information about USABL programs to its members.

USABL may use the data to send materials and information, league/camp/tournament updates that may be of interest to the membership. All USABL Members will be able to opt out of any email distribution list.

USABL will take reasonable and prudent precautions to ensure that personally identifiable data is protected against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. USABL will not disclose personally identifiable information unless required to do so by law.
